Wir suchen einen auf Compliance-Themen spezialisierten Revisor (m, w, d) als Senior Internal Auditor / Front Office Compliance, Crossborder Ihre Aufgaben: Selbstständige Prüfung von Compliance- und Risikomanagement-Themen wie Anti-Money Laundering, Investment Suitability und Crossborder liegen / Verantwortlich für Prüfungen mit risikoorientiertem, systematischen Ansatz und Best-Practice-Fokus / Mitarbeit bei Spezialabklärungen und Projekten / Präsentation und Besprechung der Prüfungsergebnisse vor dem Head of Internal Audit im Rahmen / Verantwortlich für das Schaffen von Risikobewusstsein durch das Challengen des Linien-Managements / Support bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse / Verfassen griffiger Berichte / Beratung von Linienmanagern sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern/ Verantwortlich die Umsetzung der empfohlenen Massnahmen / Überwachung der Optimierungen bis zur Implementation / Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Gestaltung des Jahresprüfplans / Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Gestaltung von Prüfungsinstrumenten und –methodiken. Ihr Profil: Master, Bachelor oder Ph.D. / CPA (Wirtschaftsprüfer), ACCA oder CIA, CISA oder CFA / Senior-Persönlichkeit / Erfahrung mit der Leitung von Audits im internationalen Umfeld / Fachwissen im Bereich Anti Money Laundering, FATCA, CRS Investment Suitability und Crossborder / Interesse an der Innovation, am Wandel und am Change Management / Bereitschaft für ständige Weiterbildung und Entwicklung / Hohe Professionalität mit Kollegen auf verschiedenen Levels und Kulturen / Konzeptionelles, analytisches und kreatives Denkvermögen / Selbstständige und exakte Arbeitsweise / Gewandt im Auftreten und in der Kommunikation / Routiniert im Halten von Präsentationen vor dem Senior Management / Deutsch und Englisch.
