Als Maintenance Supervisor in een van onze geautomatiseerde fulfilmentcenters in Dordrecht zorg je ervoor dat onze technische installaties veilig, betrouwbaar en optimaal functioneren. Samen met jouw team van Shift Technicians draag je bij aan een soepel verlopende 24/7-operatie en een veilige, schone en goed georganiseerde werkomgeving.
Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen je maintenance team en Operations. Tijdens je shift bepaal je de prioriteiten, coach je technicians in hun ontwikkeling en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt bij kritieke storingen.

De kunst van het vak
- Leid & coach je team: Geef dagelijks leiding aan alle shift Technicians die werken binnen een 24/7 omgeving.
- Zorg voor veiligheid & structuur: Houd de werkplaats en werkomgeving veilig, schoon en georganiseerd.
- Stuur de onderhoudsoperatie aan: bewaak de planning, voortgang en kwaliteit van het onderhoudsplan..
- Team management & performance: Verzorg de personeelsplanning en ondersteun de ontwikkeling van alle Technicians
- Manage kritieke storingen: Zorg ervoor dat de Technicians de juiste prioriteiten kiezen en onderhoud een goede samenwerking met de Operatie.
- Verbeter continu: Identificeer verbeterkansen en stimuleer Lean, 5S en data-driven maintenance.
- Werk samen: Stem dagelijks af met Operations, engineers en externe maintenance partners.
Over jou...
- Je hebt een MBO-4 of HBO-opleiding in bijvoorbeeld werktuigbouwkunde, automotive engineering, Mechatronica of een vergelijkbaar technisch vakgebied.
- Je hebt 10+ jaar ervaring in een technische of maintenance omgeving, bij voorkeur in geautomatiseerde, logistieke of productieomgeving
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Lead, Team Lead, Supervisor of vergelijkbare leidinggevende rol.
- Je hebt een praktische, hands-on instelling en begrijpt zowel de technische als operationele kant van maintenance.

Je hebt ervaring met CMMS- of EAM-systemen en kennis van ICS/SCADA-tools is een pluspunt;
