Aufgabenfeld Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Änderungsanforderungen für die Software Mesonic Winline, Sage, BOXXER oder Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central im Bereich ERP Findung und Ausarbeitung neuer Lösungsansätze Erstellung von Dokumentationen als Grundlage zu Projektumsetzungen Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufs in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Systemtechnik-Team Durchführung von Optimierungsanalysen und Abstimmung mit den Softwareentwicklern 1st und 2nd Level Support per Remote und vor Ort bei unseren Kunden Qualifikation abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik Quereinsteiger*in mit IT Affinität sind ebenfalls willkommen erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einer ERP Software (z.B.: Sage / Mesonic Winline / Boxxer / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) wünschenswert erste Erfahrung im Support und in der Kundenbetreuung für eine kfm.
