Healthcare & Life Sciences Principal, EMEA

The Role

As Principal, Business Development for Healthcare & Life Sciences in EMEA, you will be a strategic partner to regional Sales and Sales Engineering leadership. You will help define where and how Everpure wins in European healthcare and life sciences, then translate that strategy into field execution, organizational capability, customer engagement, partner motions, pipeline, and bookings.

You will lead the development of a multi-year EMEA HLS growth strategy across providers, payers, and life sciences. This includes identifying the most important market opportunities, shaping vertical and horizontal plays, and aligning Sales, SE, Marketing, Alliances, Product, and executive leadership around measurable outcomes.

This is a builder and operator role. You will personally advance the highest-priority customer and partner opportunities while also strengthening the people, coverage, operating rhythms, enablement, and ecosystem required to scale HLS growth beyond individual deals.

You will connect critical healthcare and life sciences priorities—including AI adoption, data modernization, clinical and research workloads, cyber resilience, cloud, and sovereign infrastructure—to differentiated business outcomes for customers. You will build executive credibility with customers and partners and help Everpure become the data platform of choice for European healthcare and life sciences.

What You’ll Do

Shape and execute the EMEA HLS growth strategy

• Develop and maintain the regional HLS strategy, including priority countries, subsegments, accounts, routes to market, investment choices, and growth assumptions.

• Translate market insight, customer priorities, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics into clear field plays and measurable business plans.

• Balance growth across providers, payers, and life sciences while identifying the vertical and horizontal opportunities most likely to create repeatable regional growth.

• Establish the operating cadence, metrics, and inspection rhythm required to track progress, address gaps, and adjust priorities.

Partner with Sales and Sales Engineering leadership

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to EMEA Sales and SE leaders on HLS priorities, executive engagement, technical focus areas, and resource allocation.

• Align country sales, specialist SE, partner, marketing, and corporate teams around the highest-value strategic plays and initiatives.

• Help leaders make explicit trade-offs about where to invest, where to stop, and how to scale what is working.

• Turn strategy into practical technical plays, enablement, executive programs, and field actions that improve execution.

Own critical vertical and horizontal business development

• Lead the most important HLS opportunities and strategic initiatives across Europe, from executive discovery through partner alignment, solution development, and commercial execution.

• Connect HLS business problems to horizontal priorities such as AI, data platforms, cloud, cyber resilience, and sovereign infrastructure.

• Create repeatable plays for workloads such as EHR, enterprise imaging, genomics, clinical AI, research, and regulated data environments.

• Build and expand executive relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to create pipeline, bookings, and referenceable outcomes.

Build the organization and operating model

• Identify the talent, capability, and partner gaps that constrain HLS growth in EMEA.

• Develop field capability through coaching, enablement, playbooks, communities of practice, and repeatable operating mechanisms.

• Strengthen collaboration between country teams, specialist resources, Sales Engineering, Alliances, Marketing, Product, and executive leadership.

• Build systems and relationships that continue to produce results beyond your direct involvement.

Develop and execute partner strategies

• Design and operationalize joint go-to-market motions with strategic ISVs, hyperscalers, GSIs, resellers, and technology partners.

• Define mutual objectives, roles, investments, target accounts, pipeline actions, and measures of success for priority partnerships.

• Convert partner relationships into customer opportunities, closed business, technical validation, and referenceable outcomes.

• Equip partner and field teams with the messaging, technical context, enablement, and commercial plays required to execute.

Represent Everpure in the market

• Act as a senior voice for Everpure’s HLS strategy in customer meetings, executive briefings, industry events, analyst discussions, and partner forums.

• Shape the market narrative around intelligent data foundations, healthcare AI, cyber resilience, and sovereign data platforms.

• Bring customer and market insight back into regional and corporate strategy, product priorities, and field execution.

What You Bring

HLS and regional market expertise

• Significant experience in healthcare and life sciences technology, with credibility across more than one HLS subsegment and a strong understanding of European market dynamics.

• A working knowledge of healthcare regulation, data sovereignty, procurement, compliance, and the operating differences across European countries.

• The ability to translate customer and market insight into a focused regional strategy and practical field execution.

Commercial and business-development ownership

• A track record of owning or materially driving bookings, pipeline, customer growth, or business performance with specific, recent examples.

• Experience leading complex customer opportunities and converting strategic relationships into measurable commercial outcomes.

• The judgment to distinguish between activity, influence, pipeline creation, and closed business.

Technical and solution fluency

• Credibility discussing production data and AI platforms, including architecture, workload characteristics, scale, deployment models, security, and sovereignty.

• Sufficient depth across relevant healthcare workloads—such as EHR, imaging, genomics, clinical AI, research, or regulated data—to engage customers, SE leaders, and partners in substantive conversations.

• The ability to connect technical choices to customer outcomes, business value, and a compelling route to adoption.

Leadership partnership and organization development

• Demonstrated success influencing senior Sales, SE, partner, and executive leaders without relying on formal authority.

• Experience building capability that scales beyond your individual contribution, such as talent, enablement, governance, partner ecosystems, or operating mechanisms.

• A collaborative, direct, and outcome-oriented leadership style suited to a multi-country, cross-functional EMEA environment.

Alliance and ecosystem execution

• Experience creating and executing joint go-to-market strategies with strategic partners, with clear mutual commitments and measurable results.

• The ability to work across ISVs, hyperscalers, GSIs, resellers, and technology partners depending on the customer problem and route to market.

• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Location and Travel

We operate in a hybrid and field-based model. You will be expected to work effectively from a regional corporate office or key EMEA market and travel approximately 25–40% across the region as business needs require.
