Du steuerst und entwickelst SEA/Google Ads eigenverantwortlich weiter: Kontostruktur, Gebotsstrategie, Testing, Skalierung. Du baust eine strukturierte CRO-Roadmap für Landingpages, Formulare, Messaging und Customer Journeys auf. Du verantwortest Website und Marketing-Funnel bis zur Übergabe an den Vertrieb, inklusive Nurturing, Remarketing und Reaktivierung. Du baust Marketing-Reporting und Performance-Messung als Basis datengetriebener Entscheidungen auf. Du erschließt weitere Kanäle wie Meta, CRM und SEO zusammen mit deinem Team. Du baust ein schlagkräftiges, rund vierköpfiges Marketing-Team auf. Du wählst Agenturen und externe Spezialisten aus, briefst und steuerst diese fachlich. Du arbeitest eng mit den Growth Managern zusammen und trägst dabei die klare Verantwortung für die Demand-Generation-Agenda. Ihr Profil Ca. 7–10 Jahre Erfahrung, idealerweise aus einem digitalen B2C-Scale-up mit Performance Marketing als zentralem Wachstumshebel. Fundierte Hands-on-Erfahrung in SEA/Search. Ausgeprägt analytisch und datengetrieben, mit gutem kaufmännischem Verständnis. Starkes Verständnis von CRO, Funnels und Landingpages. Erfahrung in B2C oder vergleichbarer digitaler Kundengewinnung. Unternehmerisches, proaktives und pragmatisches Mindset. Erste Führungserfahrung und hoher Qualitätsanspruch. Teamplayer, der Geschäftsführung und Growth Manager konstruktiv herausfordert. Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau. Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit Paid Social/Meta, Hintergrund in Lead-Generierung oder Scale-up-Umfeld, Verständnis von CRM/Lifecycle Marketing, Grundkenntnisse in SEO und Tracking, gutes Gespür für Conversion-Messaging und Creative.
