Practise the Gestionnaire sinistres construction (h/f) at UNIK AND CO interview free →Acteur de la réassurance Vos missions Positionné au sein de l’équipe dédiée à la réassurance et dans un environnement de gestion déléguée auprès de TPAs (Third Party Administrator), vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes : Supervision des TPAs Gestion des referrals hors autorité. Contrôle du respect des procédures internes, des Claims Guidelines. Supervision de la qualité de gestion des sinistres réalisée par les TPAs. Analyse technique des dossiers significatifs Revue des dossiers à fort enjeu financier ou présentant des problématiques complexes de couverture ou de responsabilité. Participation à la définition des stratégies de règlement. Validation et challenge des recommandations formulées par les TPAs. Pilotage des provisions Analyse du provisionnement proposé par les TPAs. Contrôle de la cohérence des réserves avec l’exposition réelle. Vos compétences De formation Bac+5 ans, vous possédez une solide expérience d’au minimum 5 ans en qualité de gestion de sinistres Responsabilité Civile Décennale Vous possédez un background juridique et une capacité d’analyse technique et financière solide Excellent relationnel vous permettant d’interagir avec les cédantes, TPA&, experts et prestataires externes.
