Votre mission Intégré(e) au sein d'un département Administration RH, vous participez à la gestion quotidienne des dossiers administratifs des collaborateurs, en lien avec un centre de services partagés. Vous travaillez en collaboration directe avec le Responsable de l'unité « Contrats » et intervenez sur un périmètre RH varié et concret. Vos missions Vos responsabilités Gestion contractuelle : rédaction, édition et suivi des contrats de travail, avenants, attestations, CERFA d'alternance, DPAE… Interface multi-interlocuteurs : collaboration avec les équipes RH internes (Recrutement, Formation, Relations Sociales) et partenaires externes (MSA, OPCA, écoles…) Accueil & relation client : prise en charge des appels et demandes internes/externes, orientation et renseignement Suivi administratif : saisie et gestion de dossiers dématérialisés, contrôle de conformité dans les délais Amélioration continue : contribution à l'optimisation des processus RH Environnement de travail Vous évoluerez en mode agile sur plusieurs outils RH professionnels : HR FOR YOU · People Ask · People Doc · Arhiane · Contrathèque Vos compétences Profil recherché Vous préparez un Mastère RH (Bac+4 ou Bac+5) en alternance Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et à l'aise avec les outils numériques Vous avez le sens du service et de la confidentialité Vous appréciez le travail en équipe dans un environnement structuré Avantages L'ESTC accompagne chaque apprenti tout au long de son parcours, de l'intégration en école jusqu'au suivi en entreprise.
