Practise the Gestionnaire facturation (h/f) at UNIK AND CO interview free →Vos missions au quotidien Rattaché au service facturation, vous intervenez en support opérationnel pour garantir la gestion et la fluidité des flux de facturation. Vous gérez la boîte e-mails dédiée au service et traitez les demandes entrantes, puis vous effectuez la saisie des avoirs fabricants dans le système de gestion. Vous prenez également en charge les litiges de facturation liés aux quantités ou à la qualité des produits, en lien direct avec les différents services. Ce que nous recherchons Vous disposez d'une première expérience sur un poste similaire et maîtrisez les processus de facturation. Votre rigueur et votre sens du service vous permettent de traiter efficacement les demandes et les litiges au sein d'une équipe à taille humaine. Vos premiers mois Dès votre arrivée à Ivry-sur-Seine dans le cadre de ce contrat de quatre mois à 39 heures par semaine, vous prenez en main la boîte e-mails du service et apprenez à saisir les avoirs fabricants. Vous collaborez rapidement avec les autres services pour résoudre les premiers litiges de facturation et sécuriser les flux de données. Avantages et rémunération Vous bénéficiez d'une mutuelle santé et d'une participation aux frais de transports publics, ainsi que de 25 jours de congés payés par an.
