Practise the Founding Growth Marketer at SuperchargeMe interview free →About SuperchargeMe SuperchargeMe is one brain for the whole commerce business. Ten products, Ads-IQ, Retention-IQ, Restock-IQ, Stores-IQ, Marketplaces-IQ, Crossborder-IQ, NPD-IQ, Concierge-IQ, Feeds-IQ and Partnership-IQ, share one set of numbers. They don't stop at recommendations: they make the changes too, at the level of control each brand chooses. It works inside Slack, plugs into 100+ tools from Shopify and NetSuite to Meta, Google and Amazon, and is running 23 brands today across paid media, retention, inventory and wholesale, stores, marketplaces, catalog and partnerships. Every function has a tool. Nothing runs the whole. We built SuperchargeMe to run the whole. The product is live and brands are paying for it. Getting it in front of the right brands is the next step. That's you. The role in a sentence Be our first marketer and own the go-to-market: fill the sales calendar with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs and VPs of E-Commerce at mid-market omnichannel brands, and grow the brands that sign up on their own. Where we are SuperchargeMe is already revenue-generating, with brands paying for it every month. What it doesn't have yet is a way for the next hundred brands to find it. Who we sell to: mid-market omnichannel brands in the US, UK and EU, selling across their own store, marketplaces, wholesale and retail. Two ways in: brands starting with a single product sign up and get going on their own. Brands that want several platforms working together, with onboarding, book a demo. There's no marketing team, agency or playbook yet. You start with a live website, a sales deck, a product you can demo, and case studies from our first clients that are being written now. A founding Account Executive starts alongside you, so every demo you book has a closer waiting, while sign-ups go straight into the product. The story is ready to tell. Brands run ten to twenty tools, each now with its own AI, and none of them agree. We call it the Silo Tax. Naming it, and making brand leaders feel it, is the heart of this job. The work Set the go-to-market plan: which buyers and markets we go after first, and through which channels. Run paid media yourself across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and anything else that works, alongside email, retargeting, campaigns aimed at named brands, events, and joint marketing with agencies, Shopify partners and systems integrators. Work out which of our ten products to lead with for each type of buyer, and write the messaging for each. Build and look after the route to a demo: landing pages, the booking flow, qualifying questions, quick follow-up and a clean handover to sales. Grow self-serve sign-ups, from the first visit to an account that's actually using the product, including our Shopify App Store listing. Turn our case studies and the founders' experience into posts, pages and short videos. Use our own agents on your campaigns, starting with Ads-IQ on Google and Meta. Report every week on demos, sign-ups, activation, pipeline and what each one cost. What good looks like We'll measure you on qualified demos and sign-ups, and the revenue they lead to. Clicks, impressions and ROAS only matter as far as they get us there. After your first month, tracking is set up properly, you've agreed the list of target brands with sales, and your first campaign is running. After your first quarter, demos and sign-ups come in every week from channels you set up, and you know what each one costs by channel. Sales starts asking for more of one kind of lead, because those are the deals that close. The case studies already being written with our first clients are published, and sales uses them in every deal. What you bring At least four years in B2B demand generation or growth, ideally at a software company selling to e-commerce or retail brands. You've run Meta, Google and LinkedIn campaigns yourself, including campaigns aimed at a list of named companies, without an agency doing it for you. You can show the pipeline or sign-ups you've been responsible for, and what they cost. You write well enough that a CMO reads to the end. You build your own reporting in the CRM and analytics tools. You already use AI tools and agents in your day-to-day work and can show us how. We sell AI agents, so we'd expect that. You're comfortable being the first and only marketer for a while. Bonus points You've run a DTC or e-commerce brand. You've built demand from zero at an early-stage B2B company. You've run events or executive dinners in commerce or retail. Skip this one if Your best campaigns needed an agency to run them. You report clicks and impressions and call it pipeline. You'd rather write the plan than ship the campaign. You want a remote or mostly remote role. We're together in North London Monday to Thursday. Why join You'll set up marketing from scratch, and you'll have a say in who joins the team after you. Most brand leaders haven't yet seen AI that takes actions on their business. You'll shape how they first hear about it. You'll work alongside both founders, who ran commerce brands before building software. Decisions are quick, and what you hear from the market gets into the product fast. You can use our agents on your own work from your first day. How we hire A 30-minute intro call with the co-founders. A short exercise: a one-page plan for getting qualified demos from mid-market omnichannel brands and growing sign-ups. A working session with the founders on your plan. References.
