Why now Omnea is the UK's number one startup for 2026 and the 11th fastest-growing tech company in Europe. We're in the middle of a major global expansion and hiring Enterprise Account Executives to lead it in each region. The product, customers and sales motion are proven. What's missing is the person who takes them into DACH. We win 86% of live RFPs against our biggest competitor More than 3x ARR growth in the last 12 months, with 40% in Q3 alone Under 20% of enterprises use modern procurement software today. Gartner expects that to reach 50% by 2027 Global enterprises including Spotify, Wise, Adecco and McAfee already run on Omnea What you'll do Open DACH from Frankfurt or Munich: build pipeline, run complex enterprise cycles and close our first wave of local customers Run multi-stakeholder new business deals across Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security and IT, from first meeting to signature Shape how Omnea goes to market in DACH: messaging, target verticals, partners and events Take what you hear from buyers straight to product and engineering, and see it shipped Lay the foundations for the team that follows you Who this is for 3 to 7 years in B2B SaaS sales, with a record of closing enterprise new business in DACH Fluent German and English Consistently at or near the top of the leaderboard Comfortable building pipeline from zero, before there's a local team around you At home in long, complex cycles and the stakeholders that come with them Bonus: you've been an early hire, a founding rep or a founder before Where this goes We run as a meritocracy, and the trajectory scales with the market you build.
