We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Enterprise Sales Director to lead and scale our go-to-market strategy in Germany. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for shaping strategy, accelerating enterprise revenue, developing a high-performing sales team and strengthening our position as the market leader in cyber resilience.
What You'll Do:
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
- Lead, mentor and inspire Enterprise Sales Team to achieve their maximum potential
- Develop and execute winning go-to-market strategies, sales plays, and commercial frameworks that drive sustainable growth and market share expansion.
- Establish repeatable approaches for bundling, co-selling, and partner-led revenue generation.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with both existing and prospective customers & partners.
- Position and communicate value-led, solution-centric offerings tailored to business models.
- Lead executive commercial negotiations
- Actively engage in the full sales lifecycle—from qualification and proposal development to deal closure.
- Represent the business in partner reviews, pipeline discussions, and key client meetings.
- Provide deal coaching and ongoing development to team members to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, pre-sales, and delivery teams to align customer needs with solution positioning.
- Represent the organization at industry events, partner summits, and executive briefings.
- Stay close to the market to provide insight on trends, competitor activity, and partner needs.
- Feed strategic input into product and partner teams to shape roadmaps and growth initiatives.
Who You Are:
- Demonstrable record of achievement building and leading Enterprise sales teams within a B2B Software/SaaS business - ideally within Data Management/Security and Cyber Resiliency
- Deep understanding of business models, pricing, sales cycles, and bundling approaches.
- Strong understanding of the German enterprise technology landscape with experience scaling business growth across the region.
- Proven success developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies in complex, multi-market environments.
- Track record of closing complex, multi-year deals and building trusted executive-level relationships.
- Experience leading or mentoring sales teams while remaining actively involved in frontline execution.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a structured and outcome-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Fluent German & English language skills (verbal & written)
- Flexibility to travel when required
