Le calendrier est contraint : scénarios et impacts pour janvier 2027 au plus tard, information-consultation fin février, mise en œuvre en juillet. Le projet est défini dans ses grandes lignes et reste à décrire et à analyser, en co-construction avec une partie des équipes et dans le respect de la confidentialité. Vos missions Missions Analyser les impacts sociaux des scénarios de réorganisation. Préparer et accompagner l'information-consultation des instances. Contribuer au cadrage de la co-construction avec les équipes, dans le respect de la confidentialité. Concevoir le récit du projet et les supports de communication. Travailler en transverse avec l'équipe projet et les interlocuteurs RH, relations sociales et métiers du client. Vos compétences Profil recher ché Connaissance des métiers télécom, idéalement avec une première expérience dans ce groupe. Expérience d'ingénierie sociale dans un contexte d'accompagnement de transformation. Expérience du dialogue social. Capacité à communiquer : storytelling et supports de communication. Capacité à travailler en transverse.
