At least two years of experience in CFRP manufacturing, including prepreg, autoclave, wet lay-up, or composite winding; strong student-team experience will also be considered. Experience with tooling and fixture design for composite manufacturing. Hands-on production and troubleshooting experience, with the motivation to develop further expertise in filament winding. Fluent English and the ability to document manufacturing processes clearly. A practical, methodical, and quality-conscious approach to working with composite hardware.
