Die Position umfasst sowohl technische als auch organisatorische Aufgaben rund um Jira Software, Jira Service Management sowie stellvertretend Confluence. Die Person arbeitet in einem agilen SAFe-Umfeld und unterstützt zusätzlich bei der Vorbereitung der Cloud-Migration. anders nicht mit gesucht beginnen Deine Aufgaben: Betrieb und Administration der Atlassian-Anwendungen Jira Software und Jira Service Management auf Data Center Stellvertretende Betreuung von Atlassian Confluence Durchführung von Patch-Deployments inklusive Testing, Kommunikation und Deployment Durchführung von Produktiv-Updates ausserhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten (Abendeinsätze) Bearbeitung von Support- und Auftragstickets von einfachen bis komplexen Fragestellungen Beratung und Unterstützung von Stakeholdern bei Fragen rund um die Atlassian-Plattformen Zusammenarbeit mit Atlassian sowie externen App- und Software-Lieferanten Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Planung der Cloud-Migration Mitarbeit in einem agilen SAFe-Umfeld inklusive Team-Syncs, Iteration Planning, Reviews und PI-Planning Analyse von Anforderungen sowie Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen Hinterfragen bestehender Lösungen sowie Einbringen von Optimierungen und Alternativen Selbstständiges Treffen administrativer Entscheidungen in Abstimmung mit dem Team Dein Profil: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration von Jira Software und Jira Service Management auf Data Center Erfahrung im technischen, organisatorischen und konfigurativen Betrieb von Atlassian-Lösungen Gute Kenntnisse in Groovy-Scripting sowie Erfahrung mit Atlassian-Apps und Schnittstellen Erfahrung in der Anforderungserhebung, Analyse und Konzeption von Lösungsvorschlägen Erfahrung im Umgang mit Endbenutzern, Entscheidungsträgern und technischen Stakeholdern Erfahrung in einem agilen Umfeld, idealerweise SAFe Selbstständige, kundenorientierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit Atlassian-Zertifizierungen von Vorteil Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil Find Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow
