Practise the AMR Pre-Sales Solution Engineer – French & Mandarin Speaking at Hikrobot Europe interview free →Your mission Location: France, Paris Support pre-sales activities for warehouse automation projects, including customer requirement analysis, site surveys, data analysis, process assessment, and solution design. Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand operational needs and develop suitable AMR and warehouse automation solutions. Prepare solution layouts, preliminary calculations, technical proposals, presentations, and other materials for customer discussions and tender activities. Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions, and help clarify solution concepts and project requirements. Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback and work with Sales, R&D, and Project Delivery teams to continuously improve proposed solutions. Support detailed engineering, testing, commissioning, and project acceptance activities after project award. Collaborate closely with both local and China-based teams to ensure clear technical communication and smooth project execution. Your profile Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical discipline. About 3 years of relevant experience in AGV/AMR, intralogistics, warehouse automation, system integration, or a related technical field. Also open to all levels. Good understanding of warehouse operations, material flow, and automation concepts, with the ability to support customer requirement analysis and solution design. Familiar with AutoCAD and MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with simulation software such as FlexSim is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good communication and presentation abilities. Able to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams in an international environment.
