Partnering closely with Sales, they work with customers to understand their priorities, shape innovative solution roadmaps, and demonstrate measurable business value. Success in this role means building trusted customer relationships, supporting the growth of a strong pipeline, shaping compelling solution strategies, and helping to win complex transformation opportunities. This role is based in the ASEAN region and supports customers across the region, with wider collaboration as required. Travel across the region will be required. This is a hybrid role, combining customer-facing engagement, collaboration with regional teams, and office-based work. This Solution Engineer role focuses on Oracle Fusion Applications, including ERP/EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX. WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED? Preferred Qualifications A minimum of 12 years’ experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a comparable role. Experience supporting enterprise back-office transformation programmes ideally within Healthcare and/or Life Sciences customers. Advanced, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERPM Finance and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, or comparable Finance/SCM cloud solutions from another enterprise technology provider. Ability to lead a multi-pillar solution (ERP & EPM & SCM, or ERP & EPM & HCM or ERP & EPM & SCM & CX). Knowledge and experience in Health Insurance industry is advantageous. Hands-on experience with AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion Applications, or comparable embedded AI capabilities in other enterprise SaaS platforms. Experience designing enterprise architectures using Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable enterprise cloud application platforms. Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Finance Applications, or comparable enterprise applications, with Healthcare EHR and/or Life Sciences solutions. Fluency in English is essential. Other language(s) are highly advantageous. Knowledge of sales methodologies and the associated processes and disciplines. Ability to apply technology to drive innovation; experience with design thinking and customer journey mapping is an advantage. A master’s degree, or equivalent experience, is desirable.
