À propos de l’équipe
L’équipe People & Culture accompagne le site dans la mise en œuvre des processus RH et apporte un support opérationnel sur la formation, l’administration du personnel, le reporting RH, la paie, le dialogue social et les projets RH.
Elle travaille au quotidien avec les managers et les salariés, ainsi qu’avec le DRH, les organismes de formation et les instances représentatives du personnel.
Missions principales
- Contribuer au déploiement du plan de développement des compétences : suivi administratif des formations, inscriptions, convocations, relations avec les organismes de formation et suivi des habilitations réglementaires.
- Mettre à jour les tableaux de bord RH et contribuer au suivi des effectifs, des mouvements de personnel, des heures supplémentaires et de l’absentéisme.
- Participer à la préparation des reportings et analyses RH, notamment des indicateurs liés à la formation et aux données sociales.
- Assurer le support administratif lié aux dossiers du personnel, aux outils RH, aux visites médicales et aux mouvements de personnel (embauches, mobilités et départs).
- Contribuer au support paie en collectant et transmettant les éléments nécessaires, en ouvrant et suivant les tickets et en effectuant les relances utiles.
- Soutenir l’administration du CSE et le dialogue social : préparation des convocations et documents, suivi des échéances, archivage et organisation logistique des réunions.
- Participer à l’organisation des élections professionnelles et au suivi administratif des différentes étapes du processus électoral.
Expérience et compétences requises
- Formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines, de niveau Bachelor ou Master RH.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel et PowerPoint.
- Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et respect de la confidentialité.
- Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle et à respecter les échéances.
- Esprit d’initiative et sens du service.
