Practise the Accountant – Accounts Receivable & General Ledger (m/w/d) at Kizuna Personalberatung GmbH interview free →Wir suchen für unseren Kunden am Standort Düsseldorf Verstärkung für ein bestehendes Team in der Buchhaltung. Es handelt sich um eine unbefristete Festanstellung in Vollzeit (40 Stunden). Aufgaben Fachgerechte Buchung von Rückstellungen, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten und laufenden Abschreibungen auf monatlicher Basis. Mitwirkung im Forderungsmanagement sowie der Klärung von Zahlungsdifferenzen. Betreuung der Debitorenbuchhaltung inklusive Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung aller Zahlungseingänge. Führen der OPOS Listen und wöchentliches Reporting der offenen Posten. Erstellung und Bewertung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen. Qualifikation Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung Fundierter, sicherer und praxiserprobter Umgang mit DATEV in der täglichen Anwendung ist zwingend erforderlich. Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Excel (S-Verweis/X-Verweis). Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf muttersprachlichem Niveau.
