Es handelt sich um eine unbefristete Festanstellung in Vollzeit (40 Stunden). Aufgaben Ordnungsgemäßes Kontieren und Buchen aller debitorischen Geschäftsvorfälle und Zahlungseingänge im Tagesgeschäft. Eigenverantwortlicher Abgleich von Zahlungseingängen sowie systematische Zuordnung und Bearbeitung komplexer Zahlungsavise. Debitorische Unterstützung im E-Commerce Bereich (Schnittstellenmanagement) Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten. Mithilfe beim Forderungsmanagement im B2B-Bereich. Qualifikation Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Bürokaufleute, Groß- und Außenhandel) mit Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder entsprechender Berufserfahrung. Fundierte Praxis in der Debitorenbuchhaltung. Verständnis von E-Commerce-Prozessen und den gängigen Zahlungsmethoden. Hohe IT-Affinität für den Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Schnittstellen.
