Account Management Team The Account Management team is the link between Zefir and the network of partner real estate agents who sell our clients' homes. The team finds them, trains them, and makes them perform. As an Account Manager Junior, you own the first half of that journey: you map your market, you find and qualify the agents, and you get them ready. Once an agent is trained and running, you hand them over to an Account Manager, who takes the long-term relationship from there. This is the entry point into the Account Management team, and the role is built as a training ground. The natural next step is Account Manager. Responsibilities Map your local market and identify the agents worth approaching. Source and qualify agents against Zefir's standards. Assign signed mandates to the most relevant qualified agents. Onboard and train new agents until they are autonomous on their first seller appointment. Hand trained agents over to the Account Management team, and follow through on the handover. Trigger and manage agent replacements when performance is not there. Track your KPIs on sourcing, assignment, onboarding and listing lead times. Improve the sourcing and onboarding playbooks with the Ops and Account Management teams. About you You could be a strong fit if you like operational, high-volume work, you are comfortable on the phone, and you want to learn account management properly rather than be thrown into it. Experience : 1 to 2 years in a client-facing or operational role. Sales, recruitment, onboarding, account management, operations or real estate all work. This is a junior role and we recruit on potential. Organisation : you handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups without dropping anyone. Communication : you build trust quickly with people who are not employees and owe you nothing. Ownership : you would rather act and adjust than wait for instructions. Data : you are comfortable reading your own KPIs and doing something about them. Languages : French and English. Hiring process Phone interview (30 min) with Talent.
