Basic qualifications: - Full time enrollment in a German state-accredited (staatlich anerkannt) Bachelor or Master program (Computer Science, Information Science, Communications, Linguistics, or related field) in the Berlin/Brandenburg area, and have at least 1 year of studies left - expected graduation no earlier than 2028 - Business fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken - Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Quick Suite, or similar) and understanding of prompt engineering for content creation, automation, or workflow optimization - Basic scripting or automation skills (Python, JavaScript, Google Apps Script, or similar) OR strong willingness to learn with demonstrated technical curiosity Preferred: - Additional language skills (German, French, or other) are a plus - Basic experience with data tools (Excel formulas, pivot tables, SQL basics) for tracking metrics and efficiency gains. - Experience building or customizing AI workflows, chatbots, or basic automation tools. - Familiarity with API concepts and how content systems integrate (REST APIs, webhooks — conceptual - understanding). - Understanding of AI governance concepts: quality standards, confidence scoring, and validation frameworks for AI-generated content. - Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) or experience maintaining structured web content. - Familiarity with HTML, JSON, or structured content formats. - Interest in or understanding of localization processes and cultural adaptation. - Previous experience in customer service, knowledge management, or technical writing.
