WHS Manager

The Site WHS Manager will be responsible for partnering site operations and to execute company safety policies and ensure compliance to all applicable local and regional regulations. By leveraging lean Basic qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental, ergonomics or a related field required. - 4+ years previous experience in Environment, Health & Safety. - Experience building and managing a high-performing team of direct reports Preferred: - Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment - Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams - Experience leading the development of department strategy - Master's degree in Health and Safety or a related field - Government Certified Safety Professional preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interfacing with site leaders.
