Vendor Managers work directly with vendors to improve value, Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience Preferred: - Knowledge of Excel and extracting data through varied reporting tools in order to drive and influence business decisions - Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements - Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development - Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices. - Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
