Practise the 【障がい者雇用】Trans Specialist 契約社員, ROC Quality Management at Amazon Japan G.K. interview free →ポジション概要Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) 部門のRelay Operation Center (ROC) において、幹線輸送における品質を管理するQuality Management (QM) チームのメンバーを募集します。本ポジションはPWD（障がい者）採用枠であり、障がい者手帳の交付を受けている方を対象となります。SOPやWikiなどの標準手順書に沿った業務を中心に、チームの品質管理業務をサポートしていただきます。チーム概要ROC Basic qualifications: - 障がい者手帳の交付を受けている方 - 週5オフィス出社可能な方 - Excel基本操作（データ入力、四則演算、SUM関数）が使用できる方 - 複数のWebツール・社内システムの操作方法を習得し、手順に沿って正確に作業を遂行できる方 - 対面（リモート含む）、メール、チャットなどで社内関係者とコミュニケーションを取ることが可能な方 - チームワークを重視して働くことのできる方 Preferred: - Excel関数（SUMIFS、VLOOKUP、Pivot機能）を使用した集計作業の経験 - 定型業務を正確かつ継続的に遂行できる集中力・持続力 - 手順書に沿って複数タスクを時間管理しながら並行して進められる能力 - 物流・ロジスティクス業界での業務経験 - 誠実かつ思慮深い人物であること Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
