Practise the Training Specialist III, Amazon One Medical Customer Care at One Medical interview free →As Amazon One Medical continues to grow and transform the primary care experience, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Training Specialist to help build the knowledge, capabilities, and confidence Basic qualifications: - Experience communicating and delivering presentations to customers, stakeholders, and/or teammates - At least 1 year of experience facilitating training for customer-facing or patient-facing support teams in a high-volume contact center or similar setting, demonstrated experience facilitating live and/or virtual training sessions with a measurable impact on learner performance and engagement. - Experience developing process workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), performance tracking, and feedback loops. Preferred: - Demonstrated success creating a collaborative, supportive learning environment that drives engagement and team cohesion. - Experience with , Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. - Previous experience in healthcare, especially working alongside clinicians or in a clinical support environment. - Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, or learning management systems (LMS).
