TOM Technician (Level 3), EU TOM TIE

Amazon’s EU Transportation Operations Management (TOM) Tech Integration and Execution team is looking for Technicians who want to create a best-in-class network and maintain sustainable yard systems within Basic qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience in computer architecture, or experience with general troubleshooting/debugging of hardware - Experience with Linux and/or Windows Operating System support including in-depth understanding of one or both OSs, configuring, managing or troubleshooting systems at scale - Valid and active driver's license - - High school or equivalent diploma - - 2+ years of computer hardware experience, including troubleshooting and repairing experience - - 1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience - -Driving license Preferred: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field, or PhD - Experience in managing and troublshooting network, or experience in technical support - Bachelor's degree, or experience in professional or military settings - Experience in technical support, or experience in networking administration and troubleshooting and experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems - - Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field - - 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience - - 2+ years of professional or military experience - - 2+ years of network troubleshooting and support experience Amazon est un employeur engagé pour l'égalité des chances.
