Technical Training Specialist, DCO, AWS Infra Operations

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers Basic qualifications: - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - 3+ years of acting in a team lead capacity, supporting, training, and mentoring less experienced maintenance technicians experience - 3+ years of conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures experience - 3+ years of demonstrating safety standards experience - High school diploma, or equivalent - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Preferred: - AWS Certification (Cloud Technologist, Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, Developer) - Knowledge of fundamentals of networking, security, databases (relational or NoSQL), operating systems (Unix, Linux, and/or Windows) - Experience with graphic training systems - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Experience with technical writing, or experience with multimedia content creation - Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
