Technical Training Manager, Data Center Operations

We support all AWS data centers Basic qualifications: - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - 3+ years of direct people management, including managing managers or senior individual contributors experience - 5+ years of leading training, technical instruction, or maintenance operations programs at a regional or multi-site level experience - 5+ years of demonstrating safety standards experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) BB/3P Full Time Exempt experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Experience in project, program or product management with focus on technical education programs Preferred: - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or experience in project management - Master's degree in Engineering, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field - Experience leading training organizations or programs at a national or network scale - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) strategy, governance, and reporting - Experience with instructional design, curriculum architecture, or training program development - Experience using data and metrics to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
