Tech Training Specialist, DCEO, AWS Infra Operations

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers Basic qualifications: - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - 3+ years of acting in a team lead capacity, supporting, training, and mentoring less experienced maintenance technicians experience - 3+ years of conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures experience - 3+ years of demonstrating safety standards experience - 3+ years of troubleshooting and diagnostics of material handling equipment (MHE) experience - High school diploma, or equivalent - Experience as a trainer and ability to manage a classroom of learners - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Preferred: - Experience with technical writing, or experience with multimedia content creation - Experience with project management - Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
