We are seeking a Tax Compliance Program Manager to support the First Line of Defense (1LoD) for EU/UK tax compliance across Amazon’s Marketplace business. In this role, you will execute against defined Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent - 5+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience - 2+ years of program or project management experience Preferred: - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification - Experience using lean process improvement, six sigma methodologies, or related performance metrics/process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, or logistics - Knowledge of knowledge of VAT in EU/UK - Master's degree or equivalent - - Experience in tax, regulatory compliance, or financial services risk management Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
