You'll work on solving complex, high-impact problems across catalog management, Basic qualifications: - 4+ years of software development, or 4+ years of technical support experience - Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems - Experience scripting in modern program languages - Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow Preferred: - Knowledge of distributed applications/enterprise applications - Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating system - Experience operating highly available, distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets - Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites and QA frameworks (unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end) - Experience with test automation tools/frameworks and CI/CD integration for continuous quality validation - Familiarity with software quality methodologies—test strategy, test case design, coverage analysis, performance/load testing, and defect lifecycle management - Experience establishing and monitoring quality metrics (test coverage, defect density, escape rate) and driving root-cause analysis of quality escapes - Experience with data infrastructures: relational analytic DBMS, Elastic-Search, and Big Data EMR/EC2/Glue/Lambda - Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, including their application to automation and operational problem-solving Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
