Join Amazon's dynamic environment as a Supply Chain Manager with a Network Capacity Background, where you will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing various facets of our operations, concentrating Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - 2+ years of supply chain experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field - 2+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization - Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL Preferred: - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Master's degree, or MBA in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field - Experience driving projects to improve support-related processes and technical support - Technical aptitude and familiarity with complex systems. - Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
