Strategic Supply Chain Manager, Lawn & Garden + Tools Supply Chain Team

Amazon is looking for a Supply Chain Manager II to own inventory sourcing strategies Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience - 4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience - 3+ years of program or project management experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level - Experience in data analysis and leveraging analytics to make decisions - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements Preferred: - Knowledge of the principles of statistical inventory control - Experience with SQL - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Master's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics - Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
