Sr. UX Researcher, AFT - Experience Design

Join the Amazon Fulfillment Technologies Basic qualifications: - Experience with lab-based user testing, remote testing, iterative prototype testing, survey design, and usage of multiple methods within a study - Bachelor's degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field - Experience with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) - Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders - Knowledge of quantitative data analysis and statistics - Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization - 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end user research programs with demonstrated business or product impact. Preferred: - Master's degree in Human Factors, HCDE, Cognitive Psychology or equivalent - Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers, or experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics or natural language processing - Experience with UX Research in non-US markets - Experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites, or experience in similar environments - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
