Sr. Technical Program Manager, Quality Technology Services

Amazon Robotics (AR) seeks a talented and motivated Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Quality Technology Services (QTS) organization, focused on manufacturing technology platforms. This role Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - 7+ years of supply chain experience, or a Master's degree and 3+ years of program or project management experience - Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), or experience as a lean sensei - 5+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience - Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience Preferred: - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership - Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or experience in project, program or product management with focus on technical education programs - CASP+ (CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner) or CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional) or Cloud+ or CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional), or Cloud Technology Certification - Six Sigma Green Belt, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification - Experience in trade compliance, customs operations, customs brokerage, supply chain, logistics or similar - 5+ years of supply chain experience, or a Master's degree and 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience - Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence, or experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau) - Experience in supply chain program, project, or automation related product management, or leading an implementation of a product - 10+ years of supply chain experience Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
