Sr. Technical Enablement Lead, eero

Behind those world class products are the partners who bring eero into homes and businesses; ISP and MSP partners who deploy, support, and Basic qualifications: - Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization - Experience communicating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - 5+ years in Technical Enablement, Partner Enablement, Learning & Development, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a program ownership or strategy role - Experience building enablement programs for B2B partners, channel partners, ISPs, or MSPs - Demonstrated ability to design programs that drive measurable business outcomes (e.g., activation, retention, revenue impact) - Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to scale program delivery and improve efficiency - Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategy, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement - Experience developing and maintaining playbooks, knowledge bases, or structured enablement content Preferred: - Experience with multimedia content creation, or experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) - MBA degree or above in related fields - Experience in the networking, connectivity, or telecommunications industry - Familiarity with ISP/MSP business models and partner lifecycle management - Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools - Experience designing hypercare or high-touch support programs for strategic partners - Prior experience working with or at a technology company with a channel partner model Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
