Operations Infrastructure Services (OIS) provides the technology infrastructure backbone of every Amazon fulfillment site globally — and Quick Commerce is rewriting the rules of how that infrastructure Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field - Experience managing large-scale projects from end to end - Knowledge of information technology infrastructure domains such as compute server platforms, storage server platforms, server components, network devices, technologies and architectures, IT service delivery principles and best practices - Experience managing conflict, escalations, negotiating compromise, influencing others and problem solving with engineering teams - Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results, or experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients Preferred: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology field Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
