Sr. Strategic Supply Chain Mgr, Lawn & Garden and Tools Supply Chain Team

Amazon is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead the end to end supply Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience - Experience leading process improvement, systems development, and project management - 5+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level - Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, or experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects Preferred: - Master's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - 4+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices - Experience with seasonal demand planning or inventory management in a high complexity retail environment - Proficiency in SQL and advanced analytical techniques Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
