Sr. Strategic Supply Chain Manager, US Toys

The US Toys team is looking for a Sr. Strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for a fast growing product category. In this role, you will own the supply chain Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of with Excel experience - Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience - Experience communicating results to senior leadership - 5+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience - 4+ years of using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data experience Preferred: - Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques - Experience with SQL - Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science), or experience with SQL - Experience troubleshooting problems and offering solutions to streamline complex challenges, or experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis - Experience working with engineering and technical teams to build automated solutions - Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices. - Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
