Do you have the business savvy, deep database background, and technical sales skills to help position Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience - Experience working with, presenting to, and negotiating with C-level executives, IT, lines of business, procurement, finance, legal and internal stakeholders for sizeable commercial/enterprise deals - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of technology domain experience in database management systems, relational databases, NoSQL databases, data warehouse solutions, and large-scale database workloads. - Experience with database migration and modernisation motions (e.g. migrating commercial databases such as SQL Server and Oracle to cloud-native / managed database services). Preferred: - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations - Experience engaging with customer relationships at the CXO level - Cloud Technology Certification (such as Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional or Cloud DevOps Engineering) - Master's degree, or MBA in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent - Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders and advising cross-functional teams - Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps influencing internal and external stakeholders - Experience owning end-to-end GTM strategy for a technology domain across a market or geography. - Experience positioning data foundations for AI/ML and agentic workloads (data readiness, modernisation, purpose-built databases as the context layer for AI). - Familiarity with the database landscape (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and cloud data platforms). - Strong data-based storytelling skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with both executives and developers.
