Trainium will Basic qualifications: - 6+ years of engineering team management experience - 8+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience - 6+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience partnering with product or program management teams - Experience demonstrating software engineering skills in a previous intership, work experience, coding competitions, or publications, or experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications and experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities Preferred: - - M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related technical field. - - Experience with toolchains (LLVM, GCC) and code generation techniques for new hardware. - - Knowledge of compiler internals from front end to run-time environment with emphasis on AI acceleration. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
