Sr. Signal Integrity and Power Integrity Engineer, Amazon Leo

Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to Basic qualifications: - Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures - 5+ years of experience in signal integrity design and simulation of high-speed interfaces such as DDR, Ethernet, JESD, and PCIe. - Hands-on experience using EM SIPI simulation tools such as ANSYS, ADS, Hyperlynx, Sigrity, etc. - Experience using VNAs, oscilloscopes, and high-fidelity probing techniques. - Experience participating in schematic and design reviews. - Experience with schematic and layout ECAD tools – Mentor Xpedition preferred Preferred: - Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent - Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production - Experience with the project management of technical projects - Experience in Power Distribution Network (PDN) design, simulation, and lab validation for power integrity - Demonstrated design innovation in complex board design - Experience in with silicon and package-level signal and power integrity analysis Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
