Sr. Robotics Mech Engineer, Velocity

As a Hardware Development Engineer within the Velocity team, you will design, develop, and deliver mechanical components and systems for Amazon's next generation of products. You will work with cross-functional Basic qualifications: - Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent - 8+ years of working in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience - Experience with prototyping, implementation and scaling Preferred: - Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production - Experience with the project management of technical projects - Master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent - Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
