Sr. Quality Manager, Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) Private Brands, Product Quality

The Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) team is looking for an entrepreneurial, experienced, and analytical Senior Quality Manager. You will join a dynamic, fast-paced, fun and collaborative work environment Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field - 5+ years of managing food safety and quality in a large-scale retail or manufacturing environment experience - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level - Experience in root-cause problem solving Preferred: - Master's degree - Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent - 3+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization - Strong analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions on large amounts of data - Experience in product development and analyzing customer feedback data and trend analysis - Proven track record for cultivating strong relationships with key internal and external partners. - Ability to drive decisions under time pressure without compromising safety or compliance of products. - Experience building mechanisms to scale, track, audit and maintain quality standards. - Experience building process flows, SOPs, and RACIs for internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management, ability to re-prioritize quickly, and problem-solving skills. - Self-starter with the ability to define new and ambiguous spaces and projects. - Demonstrated ability to own projects, think big, act quickly, and influence across all levels of an organization. - Experience using SQL or other tool to build dashboards and managing large data sets to drive business decisions. - Diversified experience with entire product lifecycle and supply chain (R&D, scale-up, material sourcing, operations management, customer feedback). Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
