The World Wide Easy Ship Program team is looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Program Manager with experience in e-commerce fulfillment. The role will be responsible for expanding and scaling Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 5+ years of program or project management experience - 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - * 5+ years of experience in program/project management, with a track record of delivering global initiatives - * Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional, international teams - * Proficient in program planning, risk management, and process improvement methodologies - * Demonstrated experience working with geographically distributed teams and coordinating complex global projects - * Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities - * Strong narrative writing and communication skills Preferred: - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
