Sr. Program Manager, Integrated Planning, GEMS, NA Startup

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join the Startup Integrated Planning team within the Global Engineering, Materials, & Sustainability (GEMS) organization. This team owns the integrated planning Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of program or project management experience - 5+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Bachelor's degree - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities - 5+ years of integrated scheduling experience including use of MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent tool - Experience applying AI tools and automation to scale program operations and drive measurable efficiency improvements. Preferred: - Master's degree - 5+ years of directly managing and being responsible for multiple large projects experience - Experience in construction or industrial infrastructure projects. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PMI-SP - Experience developing and deploying standardized planning templates/procedures - Experience with vendor/contract management including statement of work development, rate negotiation, and performance governance - 5+ years of developing program strategies and plans, driving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience - Master's degree Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
