The AWS Support People eXperience Team (PXT) exists to accelerate the trajectory of the Support business by building and scaling people strategies and operating models in an AI-augmented environment. In Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams Preferred: - Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - MBA, or Master's degree - Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders - Experience working with data and leveraging analytics to make decisions - Experience in human resources, organizational development, or related field - Successful record of building, improving, and running operational business processes globally - Familiarity with building or operating within an HR COE Model, HR data systems, and Sharepoint/knowledge management platforms Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
