Sr. Production Quality Engineer, Amazon Leo

From individual households to Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field - 4+ years of experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures - 4+ years of experience in leading containment activities - 4+ years of experience in leading APQP (PFMEA, CP, PFD, SPC, MSA) Preferred: - Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent - Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production - Experience with the project management of technical projects - 4+ years of experience in performing RCA for functional test failure for PCBA or mechanical failures - 4+ years of data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, Matlab, etc.) experience - 4+ years experience in semi-automated and fully automated process improvement to add error proofing to system such as Kyence, Cognex or other AI/ML Vision system Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
