Sr. Product Manager - Technical, QoS & Performance , Leo Network Infrastructure

From households to small businesses, Basic qualifications: - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning - Experience defining and managing SLAs/SLOs for networking or cloud services. - Strong understanding of network performance fundamentals: IP DSCP, L2 CoS, traffic classification, marking, shaping, network queuing disciplines, fair queueing, CoDel, WRED, bufferbloat - Track record of writing technical requirements documents, PRFAQs, or product specifications. Preferred: - Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and leadership, or experience working with data analytics and using these metrics to identify problems - Experience working across teams and influencing teams that are not your own - Experience with satellite communications, LEO networking, or space-based systems. - Experience in customer-facing technical product role at a cloud provider or telecommunications company. - Familiarity with AWS networking services (Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, VPC) and how enterprise customers build hybrid networks. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
