Sr. Product Manager – Device Software , Leo Network Infrastructure

From households to small businesses, Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience defining and managing products leveraging embedded software, ideally in an RF-based communications system. - Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-based software development. - Strong understanding of network fundamentals: Ethernet, IP networking, QoS - Familiarity with TCP/IP routing and switching, networking ASICs and FPGAs - Track record of writing technical requirements documents, PRFAQs, or product specifications. - Experience working with multiple engineering teams to deliver complex, distributed systems. Preferred: - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools - Experience with satellite communications, LEO networking, or space-based systems. - Experience with analyzing sampled network performance data and communicating statistical analysis to stakeholders with varying degrees of context. - Experience in customer-facing technical product role at a cloud provider or telecommunications company. - Proven ability to influence without authority across multiple engineering and business teams. - Familiarity with AWS networking services (Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, VPC) and how enterprise customers build hybrid networks. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
